Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-ML algorithms for real-time autonomous systems
- Lead research in ethical AI alignment and explainable neural architectures
- Collaborate with robotics teams to deploy embodied AI solutions
- Publish 2-3 papers/year at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR and defend patents
- Mentor junior researchers and develop open-source frameworks
- Partner with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/ML or equivalent research experience
- 3+ years in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Published work at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML)
- Proficiency in C++/CUDA for high-performance computing
- Strong background in transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
