Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in multimodal learning and explainable AI frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum neural networks
- Publish findings in top-tier AI journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new benchmark datasets for 2026 AI capabilities
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols and bias mitigation strategies
- Secure research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proficiency in GPU programming (CUDA) and high-performance computing
