Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen AI architectures and neural networks
- Develop novel algorithms for quantum-ML integration and ethical AI alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate AI solutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for emerging AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical roadmaps
- Participate in global AI conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of applied research in machine learning or quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Ability to translate complex research into practical applications
