Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum machine learning models
- Author peer-reviewed publications and white papers for top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Develop patent-pending solutions for real-time adaptive learning systems
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead workshops at international AI symposiums
- Interface with government agencies on AI policy development for 2026 regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq) and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Track record of developing production-level AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and cognitive modeling
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
