Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum-enhanced machine learning systems

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI algorithms for next-gen processors
- Develop simulation environments for testing AI systems in complex real-world scenarios
- Advise on AI safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies for future deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in cutting-edge AI research with 3+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of developing novel algorithms for complex decision-making systems
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and neuromorphic computing
