Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum neural networks and generative AI models
- Develop scalable frameworks for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) alignment
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford partners on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Architect next-gen autonomous systems for 2026 smart infrastructure
- Secure 2-3 patents annually in AI safety and explainability
- Mentor PhD fellows in our AI Accelerator program
- Present findings at NeurIPS/ICML conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML/Computer Science from top-tier university (or equivalent publications)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI journals
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 10M+ parameter models
- Strong background in causal inference and AI safety protocols
- Proficiency in Rust/C++ for high-performance AI implementations
- Experience with quantum annealing hardware (D-Wave/Rigetti)
