Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired algorithms for next-gen neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI systems with ethical-by-design frameworks
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Secure $2M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in our Future Vision Academy
- Architect scalable AI solutions for climate modeling and personalized medicine

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Track record of securing government research grants or venture funding
- Strong background in computational complexity theory and algorithm design
- Experience leading international research teams across 3+ time zones
- Fluency in Python, C++, and at least one quantum programming language
