Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI solutions for healthcare and climate tech
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready systems with 99.9% uptime
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to accelerate AI training
- Mentor junior researchers and establish ethical AI guidelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied ML with 3+ publications in top-tier venues
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale (>1M users)
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and NISQ-era hardware
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for AI workflows
