Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired neural networks for next-gen autonomous systems

- Develop ethical governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Translate theoretical neuroscience models into deployable ML architectures
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Author breakthrough publications in Nature/Science AI journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years of applied research in deep learning or quantum machine learning
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with custom hardware optimization
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
