Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research projects from conceptualization to production deployment
- Develop novel deep learning architectures for next-gen AI applications
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Secure and manage research funding through strategic partnerships
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable industrial solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in ML/NLP/computer vision
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and optimization
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial impact
