Responsibilities
- Lead AI-First SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for the Search Generative Experience (SGE) and AI Overviews.
- Semantic Optimization: Analyze and structure content to align with LLM vector databases, focusing on entity relationships and topical authority.
- Technical Implementation: Collaborate with engineering to implement structured data (Schema.org), crawl budgets, and indexation strategies optimized for AI crawlers.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize data modeling to predict algorithmic trends and user behavior shifts leading up to 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and content strategists to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and user experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs for AI-driven rankings and provide actionable insights to the executive board.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 2 years focusing on AI, SGE, or semantic search technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Python, JavaScript, or backend APIs to manipulate and analyze data streams.
- AI Literacy: Strong grasp of how Large Language Models work, including tokenization, embeddings, and prompt engineering for SEO.
- Data Analysis: Expert level proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), BigQuery, and SQL for complex data querying.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related technical field.
