You will own the technical roadmap for our upcoming products, ensuring they are robust, ethical, and future-proof. What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product suite, defining milestones and deliverables.

- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI trends, including LLMs and reinforcement learning.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor system health and optimize AI model latency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and RESTful API design.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically in ML/AI services.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical debt.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in unstructured environments.
