Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year AI strategy aligning with 2026 technological trends and business objectives
- Lead a team of 15+ AI researchers, engineers, and product specialists
- Architect enterprise-grade AI solutions including generative models, autonomous systems, and predictive analytics
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academia and industry leaders
- Present AI roadmaps and progress to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and responsible deployment standards
- Mentor talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 8+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at enterprise scale ($100M+ impact)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative AI
- Experience developing AI strategy for Fortune 500 clients
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
