Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing enterprise-scale AI systems using Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms
- Identify emerging AI opportunities through market analysis and patent research
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ AI innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor technical teams on advanced ML concepts and responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Proven track record deploying enterprise AI solutions generating >$10M revenue impact
- Expertise in MLOps, generative AI, and computer vision architectures
- Published research or patents in AI ethics or explainable AI (XAI)
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strategic consulting background preferred
