Responsibilities
- Architect and execute AI-driven sustainability frameworks for 2026-2030 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing eco-intelligent systems (carbon-neutral AI, circular tech)
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and translate opportunities into actionable innovation pipelines
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and academic research institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior innovators in sustainable AI methodologies and future-proofing technologies
- Drive patent development for proprietary eco-intelligent systems and processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML with demonstrated sustainability integration (carbon reduction, circular economy)
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Published research or patents in sustainable AI or climate-tech solutions
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Sustainability Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and sustainability metrics (GHG Protocol, LCA)
- Experience leading geographically distributed innovation teams
