Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 IT support for employees including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Assist with network administration tasks under supervision
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Support hardware deployment and inventory management
- Learn cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) through guided projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Available for 20-25 hours/week during the internship period
