Responsibilities
- Design and implement LiDAR/camera fusion algorithms for real-time object detection
- Develop predictive path planning modules for complex urban environments
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on simulation testing and validation
- Document technical specifications and contribute to patent applications
- Lead security audits of autonomous systems against emerging threats
Qualifications
- Masters in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in perception systems or autonomous vehicles
- Proficiency in C++ and Python with ROS framework
- Expertise in sensor fusion and Kalman filtering
- Strong background in machine learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience with real-time embedded systems
- Valid US driver's license with clean record
