Responsibilities
- Assist in streamlining daily office workflows and administrative tasks.
- Support data entry and the organization of digital filing systems.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations for management review.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate team.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate setting.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation (for on-site work in Fresno).
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
