Responsibilities
- Support community outreach initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Assist with market research and data analysis for development projects
- Contribute to project planning and execution documentation
- Participate in neighborhood revitalization fieldwork and site visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy sessions
- Develop progress reports and impact assessment summaries
- Support event coordination for community engagement activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in urban planning, community development, or public policy
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 15-20 hours/week with flexible scheduling
