Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle software development including coding, testing, and debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile projects using Scrum methodologies
- Contribute to data analysis initiatives and generate actionable insights
- Participate in code reviews and documentation processes
- Support UX/UI research and design workshops
- Present project findings to stakeholders bi-weekly
- Complete technical certifications through our training program
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (any major)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during summer term
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating personal projects
- Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)
