Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term AI strategy for the company, specifically targeting the technological milestones of 2026 and beyond.
- Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI strategists and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and ethical AI adoption.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for the Board of Directors and executive team.
- R&D Oversight: Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Autonomous Systems to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partnerships: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with leading AI research institutions and technology vendors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy consulting, or executive management, with a specific focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current AI technologies, including NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical engineers to non-technical stakeholders.
- Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible technology deployment.
