In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level executive strategy and day-to-day execution. You will oversee critical initiatives that define our presence in the future tech landscape, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams on key deliverables.
- Lead high-level stakeholder management, acting as the primary liaison between the executive board and operational units.
- Drive innovation initiatives, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for disruption in AI, blockchain, and Web3.
- Oversee complex project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of critical initiatives within budget constraints.
- Facilitate decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and comprehensive strategic briefings.
- Cultivate a culture of strategic agility and forward-thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic management, operations, or a related executive support role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business intelligence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and diverse teams.
- Experience with emerging technologies and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
