Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision (2026 Roadmap): Define and execute the long-term technology strategy, ensuring the company is future-proofed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and product capabilities.
- Talent & Culture: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team that embodies our culture of innovation and excellence.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product and business leadership to translate strategic goals into technical execution and scalable roadmaps.
- Technical Debt Management: Oversee infrastructure modernization to ensure stability and performance as we scale.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical evangelist, communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Executive Leadership: 10+ years of experience in software development and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or CIO).
- Future Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon, including AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Scalability: Demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams and systems from startup to enterprise levels.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical vision to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
