Responsibilities
- Assist in software development projects using Python, Java, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles and contribute to code reviews
- Support IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product enhancements
- Present project findings to engineering leadership
- Complete 15 hours of professional development training
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Must be able to arrange college credit through your institution
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available to work 16-20 hours per week during academic semesters
- US citizenship or work authorization required
