Responsibilities
- Market Research: Assist the marketing team in gathering and analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content.
- Content Creation: Support the drafting of blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials under the guidance of senior staff.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing events and campus outreach programs.
- Administrative Support: Maintain project files, prepare presentations, and handle general office duties as needed.
- Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports on marketing campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week during the semester.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic social media platforms.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from our Fort Worth office.
