Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team in tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using agile methodologies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the regional markets of Tennessee and Georgia.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including meeting notes, project status reports, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to support daily operations.
- Attend client meetings (virtually or on-site) and take accurate minutes to ensure alignment across departments.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules for entry-level positions.
- Optimize internal workflows and suggest process improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Major in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required for college credit verification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Reliable transportation available for on-site responsibilities in Nashville or Georgia.
