Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal software and hardware systems
- Assist in network monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on software testing and quality assurance tasks
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Shadow senior engineers on enterprise projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing Computer Science or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (transcript required for credit)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer term
- Must receive college credit for internship participation
