Responsibilities
- Support community development projects through research and data analysis
- Assist in grant writing and program evaluation initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and weekend event logistics
- Develop educational materials for community outreach programs
- Participate in weekend team meetings and strategy sessions
- Track program outcomes using impact assessment frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on social equity initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for internship
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 9am-5pm)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for social impact and community development
- Previous internship or volunteer experience preferred
