Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks and project deliverables
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Support research initiatives and data collection for departmental projects
- Learn and apply industry-standard software and tools under supervision
- Document processes and maintain accurate project records
- Shadow senior team members to understand workflow methodologies
- Contribute to team presentations and progress reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Eligible to receive academic credit for internship completion
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic term
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
- Authorization to work in the United States
