Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend youth outreach events across Omaha neighborhoods
- Develop and distribute community resource materials
- Assist in volunteer recruitment and training for weekend programs
- Document program outcomes and participant feedback
- Collaborate with local schools and community partners
- Support social media campaigns promoting weekend initiatives
- Prepare weekly progress reports for program supervisors
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in Social Work, Education, or related field
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays, 8am-4pm)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Experience working with diverse youth populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in outdoor settings
