Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure a clean and appealing shopping environment.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to meet daily revenue targets.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Track inventory levels and report shortages or damages.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
