Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Learn and execute basic inventory management and stock replenishment duties.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide feedback on product trends and customer preferences to management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or a recent graduate.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
