Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media management.
- Update and maintain project management databases and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with senior team members to prepare presentations and reports.
- Monitor daily KPIs and provide weekly performance updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and support tickets with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Junior, Senior, or recent graduate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles or digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester.
