Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and assist in preparing strategic reports.
- Support project management by coordinating schedules and tracking milestones.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and basic SEO tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (rising Junior/Senior) or recently graduated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of data analysis or digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive learning attitude.
