Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and marketing team in executing daily outreach campaigns to potential clients in the Sacramento area.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.
- Provide exceptional customer service support, resolving inquiries and building strong client relationships.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for growth.
- Help organize and coordinate logistics for upcoming promotional events and internship programs.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and report generation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (or graduating this Summer/Fall).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) is preferred.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for local field work.
