Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of digital marketing campaigns and technical support tickets.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Communicate with clients and team members via email, chat, and phone to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, project progress, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Support the IT department with basic troubleshooting, software installation, and hardware maintenance.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Communications).

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
