Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal users.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate digital records for the Operations department.
- Participate in agile development meetings and contribute to project documentation.
- Monitor system performance and report bugs or inefficiencies to the senior development team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders via email and chat.
- Learn and apply SEO best practices to improve website content visibility and ranking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to draft social media content and blog posts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, web development, or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SEO concepts is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
