Responsibilities
- Execute daily data entry tasks with 99.9% accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist the IT department with hardware setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage and update customer databases using Salesforce and internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operational workflows.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new software and protocols.
- Provide exceptional support to internal staff regarding technical inquiries.
- Prepare weekly reports on data analysis and project status.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Business, or related field (or high school graduate with equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
