Responsibilities
- Support community engagement initiatives across D.C./NYC neighborhoods
- Conduct research on urban policy and social programs
- Assist in grant writing and project coordination
- Analyze data to measure program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects
- Present findings to senior leadership and community partners
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in bachelor's/master's program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data analysis (Excel, SPSS, or similar)
- Passion for urban development or social justice
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during academic term
- Available for summer (June) or fall (August/September) start
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
