Responsibilities
- Support project managers with research, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Analyze community feedback data using Excel and basic visualization tools
- Coordinate logistics for neighborhood revitalization events and volunteer initiatives
- Assist with grant application preparation and impact reporting
- Participate in cross-departmental strategy sessions and contribute fresh perspectives
- Track project milestones using Asana and maintain accurate progress reports
- Conduct market research on urban development trends and local business needs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Urban Studies, Public Policy, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Enrollment in an accredited academic program or graduation within 6 months
