Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers with software testing and debugging
- Support digital marketing campaigns through social media and content creation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate on cross-functional team projects
- Document processes and maintain project wikis
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Shadow department heads to understand industry best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of accredited college/university
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 15-20 hours/week during Summer/Fall term
