Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in daily operations and project execution
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
- Learn and apply industry-standard software and tools
- Attend professional development workshops and mentorship sessions
- Document processes and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with interns and full-time staff on team initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Strong academic standing (minimum 2.5 GPA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and curiosity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Residency in Detroit metropolitan area preferred
