Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO platforms
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and create actionable optimization reports
- Develop content strategies for local clients including blog posts, social media copy, and email newsletters
- Assist with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with client objectives
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and present campaign progress to stakeholders
- Manage social media calendars and community engagement for 3-5 local business clients
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Basic proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar marketing tools
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio samples (school projects or personal blogs acceptable)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in Portland's local business landscape and community engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship
- Availability for 20-30 hours per week during the Spring 2024 semester
