Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy recommendations
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visual assets and ad copy
- Assist in developing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion funnels
- Present campaign results and performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Participate in cross-departmental brainstorming sessions for new product launches
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA) with ability to arrange college credit
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Mailchimp)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proactive problem-solver with creative mindset
- Available for 15-20 hours/week during Spring 2024 semester (Jan-May)
