Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising platforms
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for fintech products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies
- Manage social media calendars and community engagement initiatives
- Develop SEO-optimized content to drive organic traffic
- Present campaign results and optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot
- Strong writing skills with portfolio of content samples
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
