Responsibilities
- Assist in executing social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO performance
- Create engaging email marketing newsletters and track analytics
- Support PPC campaign management and A/B testing initiatives
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Collaborate with design team on digital assets and ad creatives
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and client presentations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university (any major welcome)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Interest in digital marketing trends and social media
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic semesters
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new skills
- Must have reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis
- Portfolio or personal projects (social media, blogs, etc.) a plus
