Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing digital campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in the El Paso region.
- Write and edit engaging blog posts, articles, and website copy optimized for SEO best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics using Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Support the design team in creating visual assets for newsletters and promotional materials.
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new project ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Available to work at least 10-15 hours per week, including flexible weekend availability.
- Passion for digital trends and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
