Responsibilities
- Execute SEO/SEM campaigns across Google and social platforms
- Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns
- Assist in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for clients
- Participate in weekly strategy workshops with marketing leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a California university
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Portfolio demonstrating creative projects (bonus)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Availability for 15-20 hours/week during academic terms
