Responsibilities
- Execute social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, blog posts) aligned with brand guidelines
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Assist with local SEO optimization for El Paso-based clients
- Collaborate on weekend promotional events and pop-up activations
- Manage email marketing newsletters and automated nurture sequences
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the Southwest region
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Available to work 12-16 hours per weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEO principles
