Responsibilities
- Assist with Digital Campaigns: Support the marketing team in the execution of social media campaigns, email newsletters, and blog posts.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research on industry trends and competitor activities to help inform our strategy.
- Content Support: Help draft, proofread, and format marketing materials, including presentations and basic graphics.
- Operational Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor social media channels and respond to basic inquiries in a professional tone.
- Event Support: Aid in the coordination and logistics of local Phoenix-based networking events.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome candidates with zero professional experience who are eager to learn.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ, or willing to commute to our office.
